NEW ARRIVALS…
Chrisette-Michele-Milestone
Chrisette Michele (Milestone)
This is her sixth album installment called (Milestone) and she comes out the gate slapping with “Diamond Letter” along side Doug “Biggs” Ellison her manager, executive producer and husband. She’s moved on to the next man cuz the last man wasn’t shit. On “SoulMate” she runs her beautiful voice up and down the scales, and you can’t forget your boi Rick Ross on “Equal.” All I have to say is this chick came to play this album. With 12 tracks. Make sure you check it out.

Philthy Rich (Sem City Money Man)
“Top Ramen” is the opener basically it feels like Philthy saying he want to eat good in the neighborhood too. 16 tracks and a few head nods to Birdman, P-Diddy, and Master P. To me it seems like this gentleman has taking a look at himself as the man in the mirror if you will and just really analyzing who he is. Whether you’re a fan of his beats or just the way he speaks, definitely coming for you this summer check out this album.

Beyonce – Lemonade
Now that all the negative noise about this album has been brought down to a simmer, I have listened and now come to discuss. Even though there are plenty of rumors and subjects on this album Beyonce still gives you her best “Hold up” has a Rasta feel with plenty of attitude. But definitely not as much attitude as “Don’t Hurt Yourself” with Jack White, lead singer and guitarist of The White Stripes. As well as featured appearances by Kendrick Lamar, James Blake and The Weeknd. Whether or not this was an album of releasing frustration or just an angry woman just wanting to vent, Beyonce still delivers. Be sure to check this out. In stores now!
Out this Friday:
Maxwel-blacksummersnight
BlackSUMMERS’night is the upcoming fifth studio album by Maxwell. It is set to be released on Friday, July 1, 2016. It is the first album that Maxwell has released in nearly seven years. It is the sequel to the album BLACKsummers’night (2009).

Local Artist…..
KING Tut although a Jersey native, this now local artist has definitely made a name for himself in Kansas City. He’s with mark my words entertainment and I was able to ask him a few questions. Tut has been in the industry for about 9 years. I wanted to know where rap is going in Kansas City now? His response was that Kansas City has control, and it’s up for KC rappers to be able to bring the community together so the story can be told from each artist speaking on truth. Like his lable mates Versace, Rico Band, and K-Town. KING Tut can. Also come down to check out KING Tut and Dj Luke Nasty cds at 7th Heaven 7621 Troost.
