A brief history of 7th Heaven ー
Way back in 1974, Kansas City native Jan Fichman was slinging 8-tracks out of the back of his green 1962 Chevy van. One day, he realized it would be a lot easier to sell his great taste in music (and other cool stuff) out of a more permanent location. Jan partnered up with his father Jack and 7th Heaven was born.
Since then, 7th Heaven has become KC’s most notorious alternative lifestyle destination, including the best smoke shop in the region. Whether you’re into unique clothing, an extensive selection of smoking accessories, sex toys to explore your wild side, or classic vintage and modern music, 7th Heaven has stuff for you.

Our selection
Our glass & smoking accessories buyers work hard and travel far to make sure we have the absolute best products and variety. We have exclusive relationships with premium glass manufacturers, blowers, and artists both locally and around the world.
One of our exclusive lines, EHLE Glass, comes from a family of German glass blowers that have been perfecting the craft for generations. We can’t speak to the quality of their product any better than their own website can:

The Vinyl Underground
We started out slinging 8-tracks and vinyl 46 years ago, and we’re damn proud to continue the tradition. The Vinyl Underground at 7th Heaven sells anything and everything you need to build and enjoy an amazing music experience. We have new & used vinyl records (LPs, 45s, and 78s), cassette tapes, 8-tracks, reel-to-reel, concert, lowbrow, and poster art. If that’s not enough, we have tons of stereo equipment and turntables, plus needles, cleaning equipment, cartridges, and more.
